More than 100 restaurants will participate in DFW Restaurant Week, now in its 27th year, and reservations are open for slots the week of Aug. 7. Some restaurants are even offering preview spots Aug. 3-6 or extending their offers through Sept. 3.
You can snag lower-than-usual pricing at buzzy spots like Nick & Sam’s, La Neta Cocina and Carbone Vino, each in Dallas, or Don Artemio in Fort Worth.
New North Texas restaurants have jumped into Restaurant Week this year: LVI in downtown Dallas, Musume in Fort Worth, Ramble Room in University Park, Ryder Cup Grille in Frisco, and The Finch in Grand Prairie and Dallas.
During DFW Restaurant Week, diners will find exclusive prix-fixe menus for lunch, dinner and brunch, and about 20 percent of each meal will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank or Lena Pope, a Tarrant County nonprofit that focuses on child well-being.
Dining options include three-course dinners for $39 or $49, two-course lunches for $24, two-course weekend brunches for $29, and a Signature Experience Dinner option for $99, which includes unique experiences like extra courses or a chef’s table at select restaurants.
Summer is typically a slow season for restaurants, and Restaurant Week helps drum up business for local spots in addition to raising money for charity. DFW Restaurant Week has raised more than $11 million for NTFB and Lena Pope over the last 26 years, according to a press release.
