Not only did Texas Collision Centers win our No. 3 spot among the small contestants, it ranked highest of all Top 100 companies when it came to operating by strong values.

In the past year, Texas Collision has donated to The Salvation Army, Plano Christmas Cops and Plano Fire Rescue. It gave a restored vehicle to a veteran in need through the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides Program.

Texas Collision offers its 89 local employees medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with a matching contribution, vacation and holiday pay, personal and sick time, and company-paid education, training and certifications.
